My journey into healing began with a course by Donna Eden, where I discovered the tangible benefits of energy healing. After I was laid off from the mortgage industry, I was forced to re-evaluate what was important to me as a new mom. I leaned into exploring my spiritual side and used it to re-ignite my passions. I integrated energy work into my daily morning ritual and felt compelled to share its benefits with others. After a couple divinely guided opportunities, I decided to pursue becoming a Reiki Master and was led to the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas where I received my training with The Soul Institute. Grounded in a desire to help others through practical spiritual and energy practices, I expanded my expertise to include Sound Healing and Breathwork for holistic wellness. As a Reiki Master, I am simply a tool to help you discover your own inner healing.
